Since 2010, Comarch has successfully expanded its activities in the Benelux region by gaining its first clients as KPN, BASE, ERGO, Delta Lloyd Life, Nicols etc. Comarch aims to increase its presence in Benelux and to keep the region in center of its strategic interests.

Short Job Description:
Comarch looks for entrepreneurial and communicative people who are able to take initiatives and create new business opportunities for the Benelux Region. The Employee will be engaged in pre-sales and account management, market screening and business development of Comarch in one of three areas:

a) Telecommunications
b) Banking & Insurance
c) Trade & Services

The selected Employee will need to take responsibility for her/his actions as well as to have a strong determination and target-oriented approach.

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Main Responsibilities:
  • to identify, develop and follow-up new business opportunities as well as to lead meetings and demos with potential new clients in the given industry;
  • to monitor activities of prospective clients, competitive suppliers, that will be reflected in measurable initiatives of the Employee;
  • to lead and coordinate proposal preparations in the cooperation with other departments within Comarch (pre-sales, R&D, implementation, support, etc.) to prepare on-time, high-quality offers;
  • to negotiate contracts being supported the legal department;
  • to be responsible for day-to-day management of new accounts from the Benelux region.
  • Excellent language skills - French and/or Dutch required. Very good English skills are essential.
  • Master level in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management or Entrepreneurship.
  • +3 years of professional working experience in B2B Business Development, Sales or Marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities. The Employee will regularly conduct presentations for clients as well as will write reports to the Senior Management of Comarch.
  • Successful experience in leadership, negotiations, supervision and influencing others.
  • Cultural empathy and adaptability. Comarch involves different nationalities in projects with the majority of Polish employees. The Employee should be open, structured and persuasive in internal discussions and during the meeting with clients.
  • Proven self-starting and intrapreneurial spirit, that allows to work independently and to take responsibility for her/his actions.
  • Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as patience, confidence and determination in the goal realization.
