Full job description

  • After a deep introduction to the company’s structure & organization, you will set up & execute a business & marketing plan to approach new prospects. You will define, identify & target new sales opportunities. A business strategy development is defined
  • Through active prospection & networking, you will promote innovative & long lasting services’ solutions to face the challenges the industry is facing. Your potential clients include in-house R&D, quality, design, develoment & supply chain productions. They can be active in the FMCG, machinery or heavy industries.
  • You lead the negotiation process
  • You will gain new projects & start building your team
  • You will define the recruitment needs & take actively part in the hiring process. You will mainly recruit electronic and electronechanical professionals.
  • You will deliver services & ensure they meet the client’s compliance & expectations and Altran’s profitability objectives.
  • You will manage your team (annual appraisals, development plan, promotions, … ) with the support of the HR department.
You continuously stay in contact with your client’s portfolio & detect every new opportunities that may arise. You actively work in cross

Profile :

You are an “Innovation Maker”

You want to put your engineering, science & business skills to use to create solutions

You like to share your knowledge with likeminded engineers


You have at least three years of sales experience

You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.

You hold a Master’s degree in Business, IT or Engineering.

You can combine strong sales & people management skills

Experience in consulting is a plus

Education level :
5 university years degree
