Client Service Manager
Consultative selling in database marketing services

Your c hallenge:
  • You provide Marketing Data consultancy to clients and help them in their multi-channel campaign management strategy and execution .
  • Through consultative selling, and understanding client s objectives and plans y ou sell our data driven solutions supporting companies to better target their consumers .
  • O ur solutions range from business intelligence ( scoring models, RFM, geomarketing analysis, reporting, etc), campaign management tools, mission control rooms to understand and act on status of their marketing and database, algorithms to improve marketing efficiency …
  • You have the leadership in all matte rs that concerns your clients: you represent the client inside Bisnode Interact – and coordinate internal projects and work to be delivered.
  • You are responsible of the expansion of existing clients’ business (account plan).
  • You organize and coordinate regular client visits to stay in touch with client at a strategic level as well as an operational level.
  • You contribute actively in account team meetings with business update of your account but also with sharing best practice for increased cross-sell opportunities, marketing knowledge, industry best practice, digital best practice, etc.
  • You are a real team player, able to coach and inspire more junior colleagues.
Your p rofile:
  • You have a higher economical education and at least 4 years of commercial experience in a B -to-B service oriented company.
  • You have experience or strong proven affinity with data and using this data to understand business
  • E xperience in digital marketing projects , marketing campaign management and/or (E- ) CRM is a strong asset .
  • Your analytical skills enable you to understand our clients’ needs and your creativity empowers you to identify and propose new solutions .
  • You are a very good communi cator with strong commercial skills .
  • Experience working in FMCG, Automotive or Electron ic Consumer goods and marketing or experience working in a digital agency and direct contact with clients
  • You are solution and service minded, proactive and able to work in a multitask environment .
  • Project management experience and managing budgets
  • You are willing to travel in Europe .
  • You are fluent in English and in an other European languages ( D/FR )
