Lead the Commercial & Category strategy to the trade in order to develop the Snacks category and Kellogg’s attractiveness within the trade.

Drive Category and Trade activities on all Snacks initiative

Amplify the National Trade marketing activations plan and the field priorities related to the plan

Define the local category vision & the Category drivers for the market in line with Marketing & EU guidelines

Steer the innovation launches: prepare and coordinate the execution (target setting WD, Customers tools, merch reco, ...)

Drive execution of key Marketing activities for the Shopper and some Consumer activities: Sampling, tasting, …)

Lead in store presence of Snacks in retail

Track & analyze the category performance and contribute to the category reviews

Develop a strong recommendation of assortment per Account

Contribute to establish the pricing strategy

Relevant business degree

Significant experience (Category Management, Sales) in an FMCG environment

Profound experience in Category Management processes, advanced understanding of commercial organizations and mechanics

Knowledge of English, Dutch and French

Advanced knowledge of IT systems , especially in all Category Management tools

High business orientation, strong drive for results, focus on creating direction, proactive mindset and excellence in execution

Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking and high accuracy

Organize to win (focus on priorities & work with rigueur)

Initiative (Anticipates & develops opportunities)

Good communication skills and high customer orientation


Experience in Marketing would be a plus


This role requires someone with passion, an entrepreneurial spirit to work and win within this area of the business, analytical and negotiation skills.

Someone who has a positive mindset, is eager to learn and has a strong customer focus.
