Full job description

Purpose: Facilitate & coordinate the development of a CRM strategy that directly influences our partner's 1 to 1 communication plans.

Key responsibilities:
" Develop & Execute the CRM yearly action plan
" Participate to the optimization of the investments in CRM & reflect the correct investment level within POS activation plan.
" Grasp all opportunities and have a pro-active role in being aware of all possibilities (national & international benchmarks + networking)
" Make recommendations based on insights and set KPI's to continuously improve
" Increase the CRM and 1to1 knowledge within the marketing & customer marketing team & the total company: Lead by example/ Share best practices/ Create documentation + benchmarks. Install a competence center in terms of benchmarks, ROI of CRM initiatives

" End Responsible on the CRM tools i.e.:
" A) The consumer centric digital platform
a/1. Develop & execute CRM yearly activation plan of the platform: develop & implement actions to engage consumers on the platform + develop & implement 'call to action' initiatives to drive conversion
a/2. Make recommendations based on clear set KPI's in order to continuously improve platform performance.
" Database management: maintenance & development of DB + implement consumer segmentation. Include all (online) consumer information into the central DB.
" Make analyses & recommend optimizations accordingly
Closely work together with Media Manager and Brand Marketeers, as well as external partners b) the customer DB's tools:
  • Key contact and spokesperson in this competence area
  • recommend, implement & follow up the best opportunities @ retailers
  • recommend, implement & follow up of the appropriate selections for targeting the campaigns
  • ROI calculations
  • Closely work together with customer Marketeers & be external customer contact
Who we are looking for

" Master degree (economy, marketing, management)
" Preferably Around 2 years of experience in 1 to 1 marketing and a large interest in database marketing with a good understanding of the competitive FMCG market
" Fluent language and communication skills Dutch/FR/EN are imperative
" Strong analytical skills and sense for synthesis
" Strong Project Management skills
" Good coordinator of internal & external (agencies) partners
" Affinity with digital
" Problem solver, service-minded, dynamic, flexible, stress-resistant
