Our client has a renowned reputation, international presence and a very dynamic atmosphere.

To support their growth, they are currently looking for Customer Service Agents with native level of Norwegian.


In this position, the ideal candidate ensures Customer Support to the consumers of company's products.

The main tasks involve:
  • Assistance of customers
  • Provide information and support to customers about the products of the company
  • Solve issues and queries
  • Track issues and queries in company's internal system, register and establish follow-up
  • Ensure quality After Sales service
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and record information.

  • Native level in Norwegian + good level of English
  • Previous experience in customer service or in clients contact job is a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player and open-minded
  • Enthusiast and motivated
  • Eager to learn and self-starter.
