This role is a

senior sales leadership role

in the Nr. 1 multicategory snacking company, offering

solid marketing support

and

great development opportunities

. Managing a team of

7 direct reports

.

As our Customer Teamleader, you are

reporting to the Retail Sales Director

. You will be the

final accountable for volume & budget

at our big clients, through:
yearly price negotiations,

ensuring correct execution of category launches (NPD),

promo strategies,

demand-side activities &

support supply-side activities

You will steer your team to

excel in trade negotiations

,

optimize trade spending

and in

developing and maintaining optimal relationships and networks

through the whole value chain.

You will be responsible for

building and developing talent

; and support the team through strong leadership, motivation & team development.

You will

build effective relationships

with other departments and functions such as Customer Marketing, Category Management, Field Sales, Marketing Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Etc

.

Exigences

We are looking for

an experienced sales leader

(7+ years in FMCG, Food or Retail), ready to be challenged by our multi category approach. With your

strong people management skills

you know how to motivate and develop an enthusiastic team of (key) account managers. You are an

expert negotiator

at central buying level and have booked your successes because you

excel in analytics AND relationship building

. You have a

thorough understanding

of what plays in the

retail landscape

.

You have proven to be

able to deal with complex

structures and the complexity of international companies. You always keep the long term goal in sight and are able to stand your ground when needed. You are fluent Dutch, French and English.
