Analysis

  • Carries out analysis of market trends, competitive context, customer needs, customer behavior and potential related to propositions (performance, revenue opportunities).
Concept development

  • Develops customer value propositions on specific dimensions with a scope of 1 to 12 months in order to answer customer needs and generate revenues and contribution.
  • Develops conceptual framework and develops the details of the marketing levers, campaign and/or proposition for his domain in line with the marketing strategy.
  • Balances actions across the propositions to optimise budget, spending and contribution under supervision of BU Director.
Implementation

  • Presents the customer value propositions in the Mobistar validation process, including development of business case and project plan and forecasts.
  • Manages the implementation of these customer value propositions to reach key targets and market objectives (timing, budget, quality, resources), thereby managing a project teamin collaboration with the delivery team.
  • Ensures effective reporting, performs post-mortems and if necessary revises plans.
Major interactions

  • Legal : ensure legality of marketing projects.
  • Market intelligence & strategy : input of customer behaviour & business planning, pricing competitive and market benchmarking, fit with Mobistar.
Strategy

  • Finance & CBU pricing manager: budgets & business case preparation
  • Sales & customer services : implementation & campaign management
  • Products & Services Marketing & IT: offer development (detail business specifications)
  • Communication & advertising agency : briefing & follow-up through the HO MBS communication
  • International: Orange workgroups – ad hoc
  • Sales and Customer service: transversal contacts for concept development and implementation
  • Presentations of value propositions in official validation platforms
Your profile

  • You have a university degree or equivalent with 5 to 7 years relevant experience in marketing, sales or customer service in the telecom, FMCG or service industry.
  • You have a good business sense.
  • You have a good knowledge of the telecommunication business: revenue & cost - drivers & dynamics.
  • You have program & project management experience and have good leadership & coaching skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch with a good command of French and English.
  • You are a good communicator and are persuasive.
  • You are a team player.
