As a Digital coordinator, you are responsible for implementing the Central European social media plan and programmes in the France/Benelux Cluster. You work with the Digital, Corporate Communications & Brand Marketing teams to promote Kelloggs products through consumer engagement & effective social media communications strategies.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Implement the European social strategy coordinating w/ stakeholders across the cluster to ensure effectiveness. Own social media KPIs.

Influence European social media communications and provide opportunity to engage consumers for future advocacy.

Update and monitor multiple social media websites, answering questions, responding to comments and driving online interaction.

Provides a single point of contact to Cluster stakeholders in implementing social communications.

Encourage adoption of relevant new and emerging social media techniques into marketing to benefit the Kellogg brand. Monitor and anticipate changes in social media tools, trends and applications.

Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs. Analyse, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Produce monthly social media analytics report for Cluster market to be shared with European Social Lead and Central agency.

Responsible for reactive/responsive communications partnering with European Digital Team, Corp Comms & legal as appropriate.

Monitor key online communities and industry competitive social media activities and deliver consumer insights from social media.

Input into creating analytics to quantify and qualify effectiveness of campaigns.

Assist the brand and activation managers in translations from English or French to Dutch (for non-natives).

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

Required:
BA degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing or related with a strong understanding of FMCG.

Experience in social media/digital marketing, content management and/or online journalism. Experience with social analytics (Facebook insights,Twitter analytics).Social Media Listening (Radian 6) is a plus.

Strong communications, project management and organizational skills. Has a sense of urgency.

Adobe PhotoShop skills

French, English and Dutch are required

Preferred:
The ability to partner and work with cross functional teams is important, as is delivering a quality service to internal customers. Strong project management skills and a drive to execute to time are very important to the role.

Strong intercultural awareness (seeks out and understand the needs and motivations of local consumers) and the ability to build “long distance” relationships is essential.

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

This position is based in Brussels.

Key contacts and interfaces for this role both internally and externally

Internally close working relationships are required with the Social Media lead in European headquarter and with Brand Managers in the Clusters.

Liaises with European digital team, Corp Comms, Nutrition and Legal to ensure social media campaigns are consistent with company policy.
