As Senior Divisional Quality Manager you are in charge of end-to-end quality control for all products and processes of Alpro’s European activities. You guarantee compliance to customer/consumer quality requirements at Alpro’s production sites (France, UK and Belgium) and at the manufacturing facilities of suppliers and subcontractors.
  • You define the company's quality strategy and policies and work out and continuously improve a flawless Quality Management System that ensures legal compliance and helps establish a good quality perception of the brand.
  • You assess the current quality situation, define the structural needs and design quality structures and procedures.
  • You improve and standardise all the quality processes on the basis of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies ensuring both quality and food safety.
  • You take the lead in or assist with defining and managing cross-functional quality projects at divisional level
  • You lead a team of quality experts, coach and engage all team members and guide the team towards delivering and executing the quality vision to ensure business continuity and to achieve the quality objectives.
  • You also coach cross-functional teams of external and/or internal professionals, to cascade the quality expectations within the organization and to bring together expertise from different areas in order to continuously improve existing and implement new quality processes and to guarantee quality knowledge throughout the organisation. - You have at least 10 years of experience in designing quality strategies and managing quality control, preferably in an FMCG or food processing environment;
  • You have experience in standardising quality processes in a large international company with multiple production plants. Experience in a Lean, 6sigma and TPM environment is a strong plus;
  • You have a proven knowledge of microbiology and food processing. Knowledge of allergen management is a strong plus;
  • You have a proven track record of people management;
  • You are fluent in English, willing to learn Dutch and preferably speak other European languages.
