EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS & CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OFFICER EUROPE

About the role

Lead internal oriented projects to raise awareness, positive behaviour and attitude towards Better World and support integration of Better World through all functions

Implement and lead volunteering structure within Europe

Lead programming and execution of projects including reporting related to our Global Responsible Drinking Goals and commitments to the European Alcohol and Health Forum

Lead and enhance European Better World projects

Support the European Better World council and cooperation with its representatives through the functional pillars

Benchmark our Better World and External communication strategy and analyse data to define recommendations

Implement and execute our external communications strategy within Europe

Lead our European ‘Newsroom’

Implement ‘Human face’ approach within Europe

Enhance our digital presence in both traditional online as social media in the area of Corporate Affairs

Manage execution and continuous improvement of our Global corporate social media strategy for Europe

Implement and improve current European websites

Follow latest trends and technologies on digital communications

Support implementation and execution of new monitoring and measurement models on media and corporate reputation

About the candidate

Master degree in Communications or Journalism, Law, Political sciences or any related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of corporate affairs, ideally strong knowledge of the European beer industry or FMCG market, traditional & new media and stakeholder landscape, strong internal and external network

Strong verbal, written and analytical skills

Strong knowledge of English, other European languages preferred

Both strategic as hands-on capacities

Flexible, creative, pro-active and organizational skills, team-player and networker

Representative, stress-resistant and strong contact skills
