1.PURPOSE Why the position exists? The main function of the position The Field Manager ensures a sell-out and market share growth throughout his/her territory by implementing the negotiated animation plans, seizing opportunities in the point of sales, undertaking regular field visit, training the sales staff, controlling the merchandising and developing a strong customer relationships. The position requires an understanding of the markets and business dynamics and an ability to adapt quickly and proactively in a highly volatile environment 2. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Other positions reporting to the same supervisor.

No other positions reporting to the same supervisor Positions that report to the incumbent and number of people supervised by each of these jobs. No internal positions reporting to the incumbent. Responsible for the hostesses and Brand Ambassador with in the region. Positions that receive functional supervision or guidance, if appropriate.

Internal and external contacts. Internal: BU-team, Customer Service, Finance, Training, Supply Chain/Quality External: client contacts (buyers, sales staff, shop managers) and suppliers (hostess agencies) 3. DIMENSIONS Indicate any tangible measures that help visualise the area/s most clearly impacted by the position (i.e. sales volume dollars, personnel supervised – number of direct and indirect, budget dollars, production volume-pounds or kilos, etc).

Contribute to the business unit’s global targets achievements by : Delivering the sell-out and market share growth targets Proactively proposing relevant in store support and correcting actions whenever needed Ensuring the animation plans implementation with excellence Seizing opportunities in the point of sales and anticipating potential issues Hostesses and Brand Ambassadors budget accountability. Training the sales staff taking into consideration each audiences sensitivities Feeding back the AM on his/her market knowledge and insight gathering Building strong links with shop floor and back office personnel Solving efficiently operational issues 5. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Skills, education, experience or other qualifications which would be required for anyone who would fill the job. If listed as required must be a true job requirement.

Bachelor or Masters degree Minimum 2 year experience in a commercial or similar role in a multinational FMCG or Luxury company within TR Fluent in Dutch and English. Mastery of French is a plus.
