As Global IS Solutions Manager - your remit will be wide ranging, encompassing a specific focus on the commercial needs of the business and understanding how to get the best out of the IS Systems in order to maximise business efficiency.

The Key Aspects of this strategic role are to: Understand internal customers and the needs of the business, detailing specific business IS requirements to meet these. Manage the design of global IS Systems / Solutions supporting long-term business strategy. Managing the implementation of such IS Solutions across the globe (including the selection and management of 3rd party business partners). Aligning solutions – to ensure, where possible, standardised IS Systems across a diverse range of countries.


Experience Required:
  • Experience in working with external implementation partners and external application support partners ( >1 year)
  • Program and project management roles ( >7 years)
  • Global program and project management roles ( >1 year)
Ideally candidates will come from headquarters of a large global company. Preference for FMCG /CPG experience.
  • Commercial Business process expertise ( >5 years)
  • Solution expertise within the commercial functional domain ( >5 years)
  • Financial and planning experience
  • Experience in working with matrix organisational structures
Key to success will be the ability of candidates to work within a changing environment and quickly get to grips with a multitude of Systems and Processes that require streamlining at a Global level. The ideal candidate will display excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities and excellent command of oral and written English.
