RESPONSIBILITIES ?

Role

Responsibility for the global marketing strategy (short & long term strategies)

Collaboration with the Area Sales Managers for the marketing plans developed in each country

Supervision and coordination of various market studies, market trends and competitive analyzes

Coordination of various marketing tasks including brand positioning, product launches & development, pricing and media selection

Creation & development of tools for the marketing plans: contacts with agencies for TV spots, websites, displays, etc.

Management of three brand managers

REQUESTED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ?

  • Master degree with a Marketing orientation
  • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience as a Brand Manager
  • Experience in the retail/FMCG market
  • Strong experience in marketing strategy
  • Experience in people management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Creative and proactive
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and ideally in French
  • Ready to travel 10% of the working time
