Interested in an IT Helpdesk Analyst position in Antwerpen?
We are looking for a (m/f) IT Helpdesk Analyst to join a dynamic company active in the FMCG sector.
The scope of responsibilities for the IT Helpdesk Analyst includes:

Ensure the good functioning of IT operational activities of distributors and members of staff, servers and infrastructure networks;

Test and document new internal developments.

The requested qualifications for the IT Helpdesk Analyst include:

Minimum of 2 years experience;

Fluent in Dutch and very good knowledge of French and English;

Good knowledge in Hardware, Windows Operating Systems and Softwares maintenance;

Environment Windows 7.8, server 2003, 2008. Tcp / ip;

Environment intranet applications IE9, Office 2010/2013 ;

Definition of database structures, SQL language.

Programming in .net & C #.

Experience in audit documentation, DRP , BCP .

Dynamic and having the desire to learn;

Sense of contact and service;

Sense of priorities;

Proactive and autonomous;

Ability in problems solving.
