Our client is a luxury FMCG business that is recognised for their quality ingredients, innovative selection and beautiful packaging. They are seeking an Interim Global Innovations Project Manager for a short fixed term contract, to lead and develop the company wide innovation pipeline, across multiple continents.

The Role:
Full project management responsibility for all innovation projects

Oversee from project approval to launch

Cross functional time line management and market collaboration - Quality, Supply chain, R&D, Marketing & Finance

Department budgetary control

Stakeholder management responsibility

Lead and develop a small team of Innovation Managers

Essential Experience:
5 years + FMCG Innovation or Supply chain project management experience

Project Management skills - ideally certified

Able to temporarily relocate to Europe

Able to start a new contract within 4 weeks

The Requirements:
Degree educated in a food science or equivalent

A strong leader, communicator & skilled in emotional intelligence

Fluent in English - French & Dutch would be advantageous but not essential

An expert in political awareness and organisational agility
