As International Digital Brand Manager (DBM) Provamel, you combine a divisional role with local digital marketing responsibilities. In your divisional role, you are responsible for the execution of the Provamel Digital Strategy within the Provamel Strategy, the Provamel Brand Equity, the timings and the allocated budgets. You are responsible for the Provamel social media channels; you develop digital marketing content and digital communication material in close collaboration with the digital agency, the local countries and the Alpro Digital Marketing team. In your local role, you manage & coordinate the local implementation of several digital content & media projects in different countries, in collaboration with the local brand manager.

  • You are responsible for the Provamel social media channels; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, …. You develop relevant digital marketing content for the Provamel brand on these channels by managing the whole content marketing development process and the relationship with our digital agencie and your internal stakeholders.
  • You evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of the developed digital activations by using several analytic tools (Engagor, Google Analytics, internal scorecards, etc) and propose recommendations for improvement.
  • You implement the international digital strategy & content in different countries in close collaboration with the local brand manager and/or partners.
  • You act as an expert in digital, you understand how digital is contributing to the total marketing plan and you facilitate the cooperation between local and group level. Furthermore, you inspire your team colleagues and spread insights considering digital marketing within the team.
  • You manage the process of community management by executing the existing content plan & identifying new opportunities on existing fora, social profiles or discussion websites.

Over jou
  • You combine a Communication or Marketing degree with minimum 2 years of experience in managing marketing projects, by preference digital B2C marketing activations.
  • Having worked in an international FMCG context on the advertiser side is a must. Affinity with the health food channel, shopper and consumer is highly appreciated.
  • You are an active user of social media (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, …).
  • You have knowledge of Google Analytics and a community management tool.
  • You have a learning attitude towards applications, conversations and you closely following the evolutions in digital media.
  • You are a strong communicator and you have strong project management skills, taking full responsibility for every milestone and finishing a project in time and on budget.
  • You have the right attitude: you are an assertive spokesperson for the team, able to challenge with respect towards headquarters and towards colleagues within a partner business model.
  • You enjoy the richness and the complexity of working in a multi-country business.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
