Key responsibilities:
To develop and maintain strong continuous relationships with key client contacts

To strengthen the depth of those relationships via working to jointly agreed objectives & priorities

To deliver cross-market analytics, consultative insight and recommendations against key business issues.

To champion and share the development of best demonstrated practice.

To contribute to the development of the collaboration model aimed at increasing our Client's competitive advantage and improving satisfaction.

Display initiative and the ability to work both independently and as a key team member.

Raise on-site visibility, which will involve occasional international travel

Qualifications

The Person

Sound commercial experience in the FMCG environment

Effective user of Client Management Process and demonstrable record of success with clients.

Proven ability to analyse, interpret and present Nielsen data in a challenging and insightful manner, leveraging SCQA approach.

Familiarity with Nielsen processes, products and systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and cross cultural sensitivity.

Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage

Ability to create effective networks both internally and externally

Capacity to make decisions independently and resolve problems in a client focused manner.
