Key Account Manager Delhaize - Gum & Candy

In fact, we’ve got several categories bursting with incredible products, all waiting to find their way into shops up and down the country. And we need to get them there.

Your role:
Reporting to the KAM DLL Chocolate, your main responsibilities are:

Determine the

customer strategy

for dedicated customers (DLL Gum and Candy, Cross categories chocolate, biscuits, gum & candy: Albert Heijn, Kruidvat and Aldi) in order to achieve targets in terms of revenue, volume and market share.

Build strong relationships in order to maximise

business development

opportunities

In close

partnership

with the customer, take care of the introduction of new products and promo plans

Ensure

negotiations

with customers, in order to achieve their business plan

Coordinate all commercial contacts and liaise with internal

stakeholders

(Category Management, Promotion Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Field)

Ensure administrative follow-up in collaboration with the Customer Team Coordinator

Qualifications

Your qualifications:
Master degree with at least 3 years relevant experience preferably within FMCG

Good negotiation skills

Excellent interpersonal and listening skills

Analytical and strategic mindset

Customer focus

Results oriented

Planning & organisation skills

Fluent in Dutch, French and English
