Ensure long-term, healthy development with Key Accounts. Manage and develop excellent relationship with them.

Leading effective and efficient business cooperation with distribution partners and top Key Accounts, responsibility for these accounts and their management, with the goal to realize targets on turnover, profit, market share and distribution.

Areas of attention are promotion planning, optimizing the assortment (analysis, making proposals, implementation), projects of category management, cash chase management, account profitability and account management.

Close cooperation with the departments Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics.

Responsible for target achievement according to Key Account Plan (turnover, profit, market shares, sales fundamentals).
Who we are looking for

Master degree in Economics or Business Administration.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG or Retail sector. Field Sales experience, marketing experience valuable.

Strong negotiating and communication skills.

Strong leadership qualities with customers.

Highly customer focused, organized and very effective time management skills.
