The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the timely and correct treatment of the monthly blue collar salaries. This includes, additionally to the payroll administration, the monthly input and checking of worked hours, paid leave, bonuses, as well as the ordering of meal vouchers and pay slips. The Payroll Coordinator takes on assigned project responsibilities and partners with the C&B manager to continuously optimize the payroll practices and processes at the Group EMEA.

For the Center of expertise of payroll related social legislation, the Payroll Coordinator is the first line of contact for all blue workers concerning all questions in relation to social legislation.

This position is referring principally to blue collars, 163 heads.

Based in Brussels


• Degree that specializes in HR and Legislation matters, or equivalent experience

• Working experience of 3-5 years, mainly in blue collars environment

• Hands-on and proactive

• Focus on the time registration and administration

• Service mindset

• Analytical skills

• Fully disciplined towards processes and documentation

• Ability to work with various systems (Excel, Xtremis, Blox)

• Creative

• Problem solving

• Fluent French-Dutch, good command of English
