Main Purpose of Job

Delight target consumers build strong brands and generate strong commercial and financial results for his/her brand(s).

Key Outputs

Responsible for the delivery of the annual business objectives for his/her brand(s)/ product portfolio

Responsible for the management and delivery of the brand P&L/ product portfolio

Chooses target consumers or customers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops consumer insight, understands target consumer perceived values of brands

Develops and/or rolls out Brand Essence and Vision (developed or applied from SBU / GMB / European Marketing)

Delivers and/or rolls out 60/40+ winning product experiences within brand portfolio in a way that contributes to CSV & NHW –

Develops brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes brand portfolio I&R

Develop and/or successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation for her/his brands

Manages the implementation and/or development of strong functionally aligned brand plans, responsible for the performance, health and strategic alignment. Understands business impact and prioritizes PFME and TTS investment of her/his brands.

Responsible for the development of OBIs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and the creation of relevant & memorable brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader. This is only true for some divisions, not for all!

Responsible for the planning and execution of Media-Campaigns, to build brands and generate strong results

Uphold and embed Nestlé culture and share policies and best practices and ensure full compliance to company rules

Manages PFME-budget for his/her brand

Key Experiences

Minimum 5 years experience in marketing and 2 years in other function ideally in Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams
