Full job description


To lead the project both on the local market but also be involved in the distribution marketing strategy. Develop, implement and monitor the marketing plans and strategy

" By analyzing in depth the drivers of the brand to be able to produce a strong and reliable diagnosis
" By developing & recommending the overall marketing plans for assigned brand including:
  • product portfolio (in compliance with Euro strategy)
  • pricing strategies and plans
  • promotion strategies and plans
  • advertising and media strategy and plans
" By ensuring and driving the excellence of execution of the marketing plans
" By working closely with functional groups to ensure product health
" By understanding key drivers of business & adjust plans as needed to achieve business goals
" By continuously tracking in-market results vs goals
" By being responsible of the P&L
" By excellent collaboration with the Customer Development & Customer Marketing Managers to energize & mobilize the company behind the brand
" By working closely with the Marketing team located in the headquarters, building relationships, educating them on the specific needs of the markets, and providing them new ideas or better solutions to improve results
Who we are looking for

" Fluent Dutch, English, and French mandatory
" Minimum 3 years marketing experience in FMCG preferably in the Beverage sector
" Brand Management/Senior Brand Management experience is required
" You will report to the Marketing Director
