JOB:
Your goal is to develop and execute with our customers a customer strategy and a customer business plan in order to realize Nutricia’s financial targets. You report to the Sales Director and your key tasks are:

  • To develop a customer business plan and a customer strategy consistent with the company’s objectives. You will execute, monitor and review this plan within budgetary guidelines (trade terms & trade funding) and Nutricia legal policy
  • To ensure a full internal pro-active alignment on strategy and actions plans with Customer marketing, Marketing and Field.
  • To communicate properly with all departments, enable colleagues to obtain also operational excellence (Sales Controlling, Customer Service and Supply Chain)
  • To provide full customer understanding, you are a customer expert. You manage and develop the relationship with the customer on different levels (buying office, marketing, exploitation)
  • To organize yearly Customer Business Reviews with high impact messages
  • To activate brands/innovations through customer communication tools with the highest return on investment.
  • To coach a junior key account manager and key account analist
PROFILE

  • You have a masters degree in economics, marketing, sales or general management
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of French and English
  • You have a 5 years experience in Sales or a first experience in a similar function, preferably in the area of FMCG
  • You are enthusiastic, hands-on, analytical, open and you have great entrepreneurial and communication skills
