In view of the growing challenge of enhancing our IT & Shared Services Organization, we are currently looking for a

Project Delivery Lead Supply & Logistics

Reporting to the Application Projects Delivery Director Europe, you will undertake the overall responsibility for the development and delivery of new and existing IS Solutions within the business.

You will manage the portfolio of IS projects for Supply & Logistics functions and be responsible for budget, resource planning and coordination including third party suppliers. Furthermore you will oversee quality and cost-control over all projects and roll out/implement IT application projects for Europe. As a lead within this department you will successfully lead, manage, coach and motivate the team and make sure the team performance is up to standards.

Main accountabilities:
Manage the portfolio of IS projects. Take responsibility for the resource planning, allocation of the budget and you liaise with external suppliers and the internal clients and stakeholders.

Plan and coordinate solution definition and coordinate solution delivery for solutions at a European level and set up the routine and methodology to deliver projects in a uniform way with speed and quality.

Build strategy and roadmap to decrease the amount of active systems and ensure new systems implementations are linked to overall IS/IT architectural strategy

Propose innovations based on best practices from other zones, implementation providers or other companies.

Lead the Project Delivery Team of 4 people that share your focus on supply & logistics project.


You have a university degree (preferably in Engineering, Economics or an MBA) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role.

You are a seasoned Project/Program Manager; you have experience with the financial and planning aspects of project management and have a good understanding of business processes.

You have excellent leadership and people management skills.

You have a strong ability and desire to grow.

You have a good knowledge of IT terminology and programming (e.g. SAP or ERP systems).

Any expertise in the functional domain of supply and logistics is an advantage.

You are fluent in English. Any additional proficiency in German, Dutch, French or Russian is considered a plus.
