Supply Chain Planner (m/f)

Job description:
You own the supply chain end-to-end for a part of the Omega Pharma International product portfolio from a planning and supplier management perspective.

You have a focus on collaboration with suppliers – Define & execute jointly with the supplier projects to continuously optimize the supply chain (Agility, responsiveness, cost).

You understand the business drivers of the affiliates and work jointly with the markets to meet their requirements.

You establish and own the base-plan and timeline for new product introductions into markets (Extension of existing SKU line up, launch of existing brands in one or more affiliates) – requires coordination between different functions within the headquarter and management of Critical milestone schedule.

You detect supply issues before they escalate and develop options to resolve them (if needed with help of senior leadership).

You ensure markets get delivered with ordered products as per requested delivery date.

You work hand in hand with innovation team, Procurement and commercial team to bring new products to the market.

Your profile:
University Degree in relevant field, ideally 2-4 work experience in supply chain environment (DRP / MRP planning in FMCG or Pharma / Cosmetics)

A highly computer literate individual (Excel and Presentation Skills)

Excellent English, written and spoken

Deep functional supply planning knowledge and expertise including factory and third party supplier management

Proven track record of delivery against key metrics

Experience of SAP is key; proven capability of process optimization and simplification a key factor for success

Project management experience – establish and own a project base plan and timeline

Experience collaboration with customer/sales teams
