We are looking for a talented supply chain professional to be considered the expert in the supply planning team. You will be responsible for a part of the product portfolio from a planning and supplier management perspective, acting as the liaison between key stakeholder teams to secure a seamless execution of the operational supply chain. This includes forecast management, inventory management, phase in/phase out of new products, order handling and capacity management.

Responsibilities include:
  • supply planning activities for a specific product portfolio
  • working with the internal and 3rd party manufacturing partners to deliver global projects on time and to budget
  • leading and supporting the wider team on supply planning activities
  • driving process improvement and lead on the development of communication with the markets
  • deputising for the supply planning director where necessary
What we are looking for:
  • deep functional supply planning knowledge and expertise including factory and 3rd party supplier management
  • strong and proven people management / mentoring capabilities; a natural leader who will engage, support and develop the team
  • proven track record of delivery against key metrics
  • experience of SAP is crucial
  • experience within the FMCG and / or pharmaceutical industry. An understanding of a complex and fast-paced supply chain environment is needed
