Talent Acquisition Advisor

Full job description

PepsiCo is on the look-out for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor to join our HR function and be part of the European TA Team based in Brussels (the office is 5 minutes from the airport). This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a genuine interest in developing their recruitment career in a large FMCG organisation. That said, it's not for the faint hearted; it's fast-paced, there is never a dull moment and you'll be expected to be able to do ten things at once. Have we put you off yet?

At PepsiCo, you won't find our HR people sitting on the sidelines. They know the business inside and out, and work alongside their colleagues to ensure that people are at the heart of decision making. Our HR teams are commercial, pragmatic and extremely collaborative - and whether they are a generalist Business Partner or a HR Specialists, their guidance is highly valued by the wider PepsiCo business.

Belgium sits as part of our Benelux market and this role leads the TA agenda for Belgium working in close partnership with the Netherlands. You'll provide a first class TA service by managing numerous key stakeholders and finding great talent for the PepsiCo business.

Key Accountabilities:
Work with key stakeholders, hiring managers, HR colleagues and TA Managers to deliver the talent acquisition strategy for Belgium (and Benelux).
Ownership of all recruitment activity, in partnership with Hiring Managers and HR colleagues ensuring all key talent acquisition metrics are met.
Develop and maintain effective business partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders. Use these relationships to develop an in-depth understanding of functional areas and the commercial challenges being faced.
Manage day-to-day recruitment workload through Kenexa BrassRing, keeping Kenexa up to date and available for real-time reporting.
Build and manage relationships with third party suppliers and external research firms.
Become an assessment expert with the ability to assess a variety of exercises at a variety of levels - adding value and challenging to ensure assessor consistency.
Proactive creation and management of a pipeline of candidates, across critical and key roles within your function(s). Excellent recruitment skills - and yes, we do mean excellent. We're not going to settle for good. We want someone who is going to wow our leaders and leave a trail of delighted hiring managers in their wake.
The ability to create and deliver a strategic resourcing plan. Just filling vacancies quickly and cost effectively isn't going to cut it. You have to be able to understand your client group, and partner with them to ensure they always have the people they need to deliver great results.
A "roll up your sleeves" mentality. While you'll have help and support, you'll be doing a lot of the legwork by yourself.
Some experience of navigating your way around a big, complex business. In all likelihood that means you're already an in-house recruiter. And if you've worked in FMCG or Retail that would also be useful.
A very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English is a must!
