Telesales Executive Belgium

At AB InBev, our Telesales teams are key members of the On Trade Direct Sales function and contribute to the achievement of the business objectives of the on-trade Direct business segment. You will be helping the Sales function to achieve excellence through daily telephone sales to existing AB InBev customers.

Duties and responsibilities

You will be reporting directly to the Regional Telesales Manager and, as a Telesales Executive, will be analysing your own call list and customer statistics in order to increase the volume by phone, net revenue and market share of our brands.

Active telesales of AB InBev portfolio of beer brands

Create more sales by detecting opportunities from our existing range of products as well as innovations

Follow-up of the customer order patterns to extend relationship and sell proactively

Provide excellent customer service to help build and maintain a long term relationship

Treat and follow up complaints after orders

Working on projects from end-to-end

You will have the chance to help contribute to the excellent performance of our Sales Teams in Belgium and to grow along senior sales members allowing you a fast career progression within the Sales function. You will have the opportunity to get familiar with our products, processes and clients, which will provide you with the ideal basis to progress within the company. You will closely cooperate with our sales consultants, our logistics department, (trade) marketing and other departments in Belgium and on our sites abroad.

Required competency and experience

We are looking for a bright and passionate individual looking for new sales challenges within a world top 5 FMCG. If you have passion for Beers and Sales, and are looking for new challenges, this role is for you.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience

Fluent Dutch, French and English

Commercial mind-set

Strong communicator
