As Trilingual Customer Service Coordinator, your main tasks are the following:

  • Manage the entire process of incoming orders
  • Analyse situation and margins in the ERP system (SAP)
  • Follow up of customers accounts and orders
  • Deal with customers reclamation
  • Insure the warranty of the payments
  • Various administrative tasks within the Customer Service team
Profil recherché:
As Trilingual Customer Service Coordinator:
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. Any other language is an asset
  • You have already worked with an ERP program (SAP, Oracle, JDE)
  • You already have a relevant experience in the Customer Service field
  • You are interested by the FMCG sector
  • You show dynamism, autonomy and a great willingness to work
  • You are proactive and like to work within a team
