Position overview:
Join our vibrant bar & kitchen team at The Nine, the pioneering Belgian female-focused private club. We are in search of an enthusiastic and versatile individual to contribute to our unique establishment. As a key staff member of The Nine, you will be a vital part of creating an inviting an exceptional experience for our esteemed members. Your service skills and passion for hospitality will help shape unforgettable moments within our distinctive environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and attentive manner, taking food & drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring a positive overall experience according to their needs and preferences
• Prepare drinks including cocktails, mocktails, wines and coffees
• Serve meals and bar drinks
• Process payments
• Ensure a flawless service

Ideal profile:

• You have at least 2 years of experience as server or as bartender
• You have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage and connect with our clientele
• You have a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• You like to take initiative and you have a strong work ethic
• You like to stay informed about current F&B trends
• Strong English-language skills. Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• You share our values

Contract: CDD 3months to start; CDI long term
Competitive salary

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €2.000,00 - €2.200,00 per month
