What will you be doing?

Do you enjoy bringing structure to a dynamic environment? Does organizing training courses, coordinating projects and collaborating with different teams give you a real buzz?

Then you’ll feel right at home at Evidensia. Because behind every strong practice there’s a well-organized team — and you’ll play a key role in that.

In this varied role, you’ll be the link between Learning & Development, our practices and the medical team. You’ll ensure that training courses, projects and reporting run smoothly and professionally.

Learning & Development

  • You organize training courses and events from start to finish

  • You closely monitor the academy budget

  • You manage and record training courses per employee

Content

  • You develop content in close collaboration with the medical team

  • You ensure that information is shared clearly and effectively via newsletters or other channels

Reporting & Support

  • You prepare financial and substantive reports

  • You collect and structure data for internal and international reports

  • You create clear and professional presentations

  • You collect and organize information before and after practice visits

  • You coordinate visits by the medical team together with local teams

Project coordination

  • You coordinate medical campaigns

  • You support the implementation and follow-up of medical

Who are you?

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree that demonstrates your organizational skills

  • You excel at planning, organizing and following up

  • You work with precision and in a structured manner

  • You communicate fluently and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders

  • You take the initiative and think proactively

  • You are familiar with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint

  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
