Digital Transformation Specialist

The Opportunity:

When an organization has multiple moving parts in its processes, it can be difficult to critically examine them. To be more efficient and effective, it needs a data-enabled business process specialist to learn the end-to-end mission and provide ways to change for the better. That’s why we need you, a business process specialist who can analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the steps to improve their process.

As a Digital Transformation Specialist on our team, you’ll analyze your client’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You’ll conduct discussions with leadership, teammates, and other stakeholders that will help refine our customer’s definition of success and identify areas for improvement.

On our team, you’ll use technology-driven process improvement frameworks to provide the client with recommendations along with a firm grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with business process analysis, stakeholder analysis, mapping existing processes, formulating improvements, and implementing changes

• 2+ years of experience at NATO HQ, SHAPE, Allied Command Transformation, a NATO Joint Force Command, U.S. Combatant Command, or U.S. Service Component

• Experience using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint

• Experience with Business Process Model & Notation (BPMN) or Department of Defense Architectural Framework (DoDAF)

• Ability to travel internationally by air or ground up to 25% of the time

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with NATO organizations and processes

• Experience in theater-level special operations

• Experience working in a joint overseas environment

• Experience with project or program management

• Possession of excellent written and verbal communications skills

• PMP Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
